Contacting, Emailing, Bidding, or Meeting. . .

The internet is first and foremost the most powerful interactive entertainment medium to date. Fans are going to want to contact the stars of these short features and make comments: that’s just a fact of life and a human reaction to a job well done. But what entertainer has the time to respond to everyone or anyone; much less determine which of the many to respond. Our aim is to maintain the usability of the internet as an interactive medium and allow the audience to contact their favorite performers by email. In turn we did not want to infringe upon the time of our talent so we give them the option of participating in the contacting system or not.

We took that one step further and will pay talent for every email they receive when they participate; whether they read or answer the emails or not. The same applies to the bidding system. Talent that participates in that program will be paid for every bid they receive; whether they accept any of them or not. Members place bids to determine who would be given access to that entertainer to possibly meet them. The bidding is there for participants who want to network with others and be compensated for their time in evaluating the bids and bidders for serious industry contacts or serious fans or fan clubs. For us the bidding system is there to weed-out those that are not serious while on the other hand making contact available to those who the participant will in the end determine whether their efforts warrant a meeting. The Talent may during the interviewing process determine that an email to them will suffice.

How it Works …

1) Participants who have elected to be contacted thru our private email system and participate in the bidding process to meet interested parties will set-up bid limits (amounts necessary to cover an hour of their time and the cost of a chaperone or security). The talent may also decide to have the meeting video recorded (another service we provide the talent) to use in their segment as a meeting with fans.

2) Members bid for an opportunity to meet that particular person to determine the highest bidder.

3) After bidding has concluded (which is determined by the Participant) the Participant will interview the highest bidding member via our private email system. If that bidder is approved for the meeting then they will arrange a meeting time. Should the Participant not elect to meet the highest bidder the Participant may move on to the second highest bid until the Participant selects an individual to meet with. If no one is selected then bidding will begin again for that Participant at their request.

4) When a member is approved by the Participant. The bidder will make payment of that amount available to the Participant thru our forum.

5) The Participant (or their favorite charity) will receive 90% of the proceeds generated by the bid they have accepted.
